Mixed Media | Commissions + gifts

What started with a plan to do for my three brothers on their wedding day, turned into a sort of "tradition" over the years for those closest to me. This tradition has been to create gifts of art or 'made with love' items and gift them to some of my best friends on their wedding day as both a surprise and a gift. A handful of these are also mixed in below.

Wedding head table gift - faux live edge. - 2024

-wood, stain, epoxy, acrylic paint My friend wanted me to help find a head table for her outdoor reception. I told her I would take care of it. I recruited my husband, and I drafted the idea. He helped and built pretty much all of it. I stained the faux finish and painted. And we epoxied the top. She loved it, but much to her surprise, it was also a gift to be her new dining room table for years to come.
